The Nielsen Group, a top-producing team based in Seattle, has joined Engel & Volkers Kirkland global luxury real estate brand Engel & Volkers Kirkland.
“As our presence increases in Kirkland and Seattle, we’re thrilled that Sean, Ashley, and Mari are to the brand,” Marcel Dolak (a license partner at Engel & Volkers Kirkland), stated in a prepared statement.
The average annual sales volume of the Nielsen Group is more than $50,000,000 in the greater Seattle area and Bellevue. The team includes Ashley Stevens, Mari Moline, and Sean Nielsen. They have a combined 25 years of experience in the real-estate industry.
Dolak stated, “Their market experience and proven success add immediate value to both our business and our clients not only at a local level, but also to our regional and national networks.”
Nielsen’s 18-year career in real estate includes 12 years as a Sotheby’s luxury eco-broker where he helped clients purchase eco-friendly homes.
Nielsen was previously a Windermere Real Estate real estate professional before taking on this role.
The native of the Pacific Northwest will now be the director for business development at Engel & Volkers Kirkland, while still helping clients. His team will be focusing on client experience.

Engel & Volkers was founded in Germany in 1977. Its global network includes over 16,500 real estate professionals from more than 31 countries according to the statement.

Tracy McLaughlin, a top real estate agent, also left The Agency in October 2022 to join Engel & Volkers.
