    Real Brokerage has more than 9,000 agents

    The addition of The Barron Team to Real’s cloud-based real estate brokerage The Real Brokerage Inc. has increased the number of agents in the U.S.A. and Canada.
    Emma Barron Lefkowitz, Brian Tague and Brian Tague lead the 15-member San Diego-based Barron Team. For four consecutive years, the firm ranked among the top 1% of 29,000 agents in San Diego County. It closed more than 150 transactions and made sales of $200 million in 2022.
    “Emma, Brian are two of Southern California’s most respected agents. They are true professionals and culture-carriers, and their addition will fuel immense growth possibilities for The Real Brokerage,” Sharran Shrivatsaa (president of Real) stated in a statement.
    The team joined the brokerage earlier in the month and has signed seven listings and brought eight transactions into escrow.
    “The real estate market is changing rapidly and agents deserve a brokerage who is investing in technology and resources that will allow them to best serve their clients. Lefkowitz stated that the Real Brokerage is such a brokerage.
    Lefkowitz has over two decades of experience working in the realty industry. Barron Real Estate Group was founded by Lefkowitz and Janice Barron in 2014. Before being acquired by Compass, the group sold more 800 homes valued at $1 billion. The Barron Team was created by Tague and Lefkowitz.
    Tague, a former naval officer was a leader at the Military Sealift Command before he started a career as a real estate agent at Barron Real Estate Group.
    Tague stated that “The Real Brokerage’s culture of teamwork is unmatched and will allow our team to offer a new level in service to our clients.”
    Real recently acquired Expetitle (now called Real Title) and LemonBrew Lending (a home loan platform). With the acquisition of Redline Real Estate Group, the firm expanded into Canada in November 2022.
    Real was also joined by the Dean Aguilar Group, a San Diego-based group. The firm has closed more than $425,000,000 in transactions during the 12 months before joining Real.
    Tamir Poleg, Real’s CEO and chairman, stated late last year that the company had increased its agent base by more 108% by 2022.
    The brokerage’s agent number surpassed 8,000 in December 2012 when The Platinum Group Real Estate Team joined Real. 26 additional agents were added to the mix.
    Real was founded in 2014 and operates in 45 states, D.C. and three Canadian provinces.
