Christina Pappas, a former vice president at The Keyes Company & Illustrated Properties, a Florida-based independent realty brokerage, has been promoted to president. Pappas was the VP for almost two years before being promoted.
Pappas will continue working with her father Mike Pappas as CEO and will be focusing on day-today operations in her new role.
Pappas was a 2022 RealTrends Emerging leader and he managed the company’s family of businesses. Keyes also liaised with government officials, Florida Realtors, and Keyes to “designate residential real estate as an essential enterprise” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She is also the president of Florida Realtors. This title was the youngest ever held by an individual in the history of the association.
Keyes’ career began in 2011 when Pappas joined the company in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale region as a real-estate sales associate. She was promoted to Brickell district sales manager, where she remained for just over three years.
Prior to joining Keyes in 2004, Pappas was a sales manager at The Morgans Hotel Group in Los Angeles, and The Kor Group.
Mizner Grande Realty joined Keyes earlier this month with more than 60 agents. Keyes partnered last December with Revive Real Estate, a pre-sale home improvement solutions provider, to help homeowners maximize their home equity by presale renovations.
It partnered with Lone Wolf Technologies in November 2022 to offer Lone Wolf’s back-office, transactions, and broker metrics solutions for more than 3,600 Keyes Realtors.
